The plot: Facebook engineer Frances Haugen and The Wall Street Journal reporter Jeff Horwitz blow the whistle on the social network’s most guarded secrets.
This social sequel was underwhelming.
Pros: I appreciate this one felt like a cross between a Sequel and continuation. The three leads Mikey Madison, Jeremy Allen White & Jeremy Strong each did good job in their performances. The opening did help set the staged for the rest of the movie. How its shows Mark Zuckerberg out to be a meanie. They are still pretty good portraying Facebook co-workers including Frances & Jeff feel like real people. And I like when both of the leads gotten once justice in courtroom at the end and credit to Aaron Sorkin handling both directing and writing this one.
Cons: It doesn’t feel the same without the original people. It didn’t have much of energy and dry of interested. Jeremy Strong’s Mark Zuckerberg didn’t do that much. The script was a struggle to connect with / disappointed. & this was my time saying this one I could do without.
