The plot: Detectives Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde find themselves on the twisting trail of a mysterious reptile who turns the mammal metropolis of Zootopia upside down. Testing their growing partnership like never before, they go under cover in new parts of town to crack the case.
I was so looking forward to this sequel.
Zootopia 2 was very good.
Pros: This one did feel at the same level as the original in quality. It expanded upon the world further. The villain was surprisingly good. I like how they explain issues like displacement and ethnic cleansing through the eyes of the snake. All of the voice cast was really good including Ginnifer Goodwin and Jason Bateman as Hopps & Wilde respectively. Its animation is still the same and still looks good and the story felt more impactful and relatable.
Cons: Mishandling of the Pawbert’s character. too many cameos I can’t figure out who voices who a lot of the times and thought there’s a few cliches.
