Plot: Explores WCW’s downfall through interviews revealing management issues, creative missteps, and the fierce Monday Night Wars competition that led to its demise.
This miniseries was Okay
Pros: Hearing all fresh opinions from former WCW Wrestlers, staff, producers and industry people helped to add new ground on their time during this period in wrestling history. I’m impressed they managed to get footage of WCW featured on this docuseries. My favourite part about this series is seeing & hearing a lot of the corporate behind-the-scenes meddling goes on. And how the internet played a pinnacle role in the series, and I’m convinced now that many key components that did kill the company “dead in its tracks” which are my thoughts after seeing all 4 episodes.
Cons: I’m disappointed that Sting, Ric Flair, Arn Anderson & Jeff Jarrett didn’t have their chance too speak on this series. There was plenty of skip around happening. Most of their comments I had issues with. I wish there were more episodes.
