The plot: Marcus lands an all-expenses-paid trip to a Caribbean resort, and he and his wife, Emily, invite their uninhibited besties, Ron and Kyla. But when Kyla’s incarcerated father is released from San Quentin and shows up, things get out of control.
Vacation Friends 2 was fine.
Pros: This was a very watchable movie. The sequel still has the comedic energy from the first film. John Cena’s character was my favourite this time around and I ended up enjoying myself by the end.
Cons: This sequel was not as funny as the previous movie. I didn’t care for what’s happening with Yeon. This one didn’t have me laughing as much good pair to the first and that’s it.
The Casts:
- Lil Rel Howery as Marcus
- Yvonne Orji as Emily
- John Cena as Ron
- Meredith Hagner as Kyla
- Steve Buscemi as Reese Hackford
- Carlos Santos as Maurillio
- Ronny Chieng as Yeon
- Jamie Hector as Warren
- Julee Cerda as Mrs. Kim
I still recommend this sequel to you only on Disney+.
