Plot: No. Lara infiltrates a tomb in Russia’s Caucasus, rescues Sam, who has been kidnapped, and dispatches the perpetrators with the help of a mysterious woman named Fig, who works for PITHOS, an organization led by Mila.
Season 2 of Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft was solid.
Pros: The animation was still good. I like the bonding sharing moments between Lara and Sam. Sam had more to do this season. Eshu’s arc was very much invested instead of Lara. The plot involving 8 adventures getting these masks were fun to follow and the villain this time felt more important to the story this season.
Cons: A lot of Lara’s friends were not in this season that much. There’s not that much of consequences were it came to death and Netflix failed to advertise this season.
