The plot: MMA fighter Mark Kerr reaches the peak of his career but faces personal hardships along the way.
This new biopic was Good.
Pros: I like how the film looks visually, that felt real. Dwyne Johnson did really transform himself for his performance as Mark Kerr. Emily Blunt was so good as Dawn Staples. All of the fights were well choreographed. Mark’s friend Mark Coleman impressed me how he supported mark on his journey & how it’s featured Pride promotion in a significant way that made me feel glad.
Cons: It didn’t lead up to the point when he was becoming known. the runtime came shorter than I was expected. It didn’t go in depth into the relationship. at times it felt over-hyped about Dwayne’s body transformation instead of the movie itself & Some people might miss the point of this film.
