Plot: A choral society’s male members enlist in World War I, leaving the demanding Dr Guthrie to recruit teenagers and experience the joy of singing.
This film was disappointing.
Pros: I like the way it was shot like a old-school movie. Ralph Fiennes & the rest of the cast each did reality good performances. The costumes, props & buildings were appropriate for the time period & times it can be funny to enjoy yourself.
Coms: I wasn’t that into the romances goes on in the film. The storyline failed to keep me engaged. & the 3rd act dropped the ball when the man gives the thumbs down to the choir.
