The plot: Upon receiving a terminal diagnosis, Sarah opts for a cloning procedure to ease her loss to her friends and family. When she makes a sudden and miraculous recovery, her attempts to decommission her clone fail, leading to a court-mandated duel to the death. Now, she has one year to train her mind and body for the fight of her life.
Dual Movie was a weird film to digest.
Pros: Karen Gillan was the sole reason to see this film. The slow burn approach did work for the nature of the film. It’s carefully put together and I was surprised by the twist in the last 3rd of the film.
Cons: Sometimes I did struggle to keep up with the storyline and the ending was so abrupt with no explanation.
