Plot: The lives of hormonal, competitive Superheroes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test.
Season 1 of Gen V was hit and miss.
Pros: I like having a of set of young soups in a school setting does make it feel different from the main show “The Boys”. This show doesn’t shy away from the over-the-top violence and shock value. Every actor did a great job portraying these new characters set in this world. I was invested into the storyline involving Cate and Sam, and seeing the electric tissue come together throughout this show. I did like Andre quite a lot.
That cliff hanger at the end did make me intrigued to see what’s going to happen?.
Cons: I didn’t care that much for the main character Marie. I find most of the shock value a little too much & not that many standout moments in my opinion and the finale did feel underwhelming in my opinion.
