Plot: In a world overtaken by a mysterious wave of forced happiness, Carol Sturka, one of the immune few, must uncover what’s really going on – and save humanity from its artificial bliss.
Season 1 of Pluribus was Weird.
Pros: Credit to the creator for creating something totally unimaginable. I’m impressed with their usage of soft-spoken dialogue. Rhea Seehorn worked well as a measurable b****. The mystery surrounding this show made me intrigued in what would happen next, its pacing was slow and robotic which I enjoyed. I’m glad Carol got the last laugh on the Joining.
Cons: I didn’t like the character played by Carlos-Manuel Vesga because he was boring. The other survivors didn’t have that much to do, and we didn’t see a lot of them after the second episode & the ending was really disappointing.
