People We Meet on Vacation Movie Review by Ryan Balkwill

Plot: Poppy wants to explore the world and Alex prefers to stay home with a good book, but somehow they are the best of friends. They live far apart, but for a decade they have spent one week of summer vacation together.

This film was solid.

Pros: I like seeing how Poppy and Alex’s relationship changes throughout each summer. It felt like your on vacation. The chemistry felt natural and real & Many of its location shoots are jaw dropping.

Cons: The pacing were drawn out and gone on for too long. It does rely heavily on romantic tropes. I didn’t laugh at its comedy & unimaginative.
