Peacemaker (TV series) Season 2 Review by Ryan Balkwill

Plot: In season 2, Peacemaker discovers an alternate world where life is everything he wishes it could be. But this discovery also forces him to face his traumatic past and take the future into his own hands.

Season 2 of Peacemaker was Good.

Pros: I was invested into Chris’s emotional journey throughout after what happened last season. John Cena are still good as Peacemaker. It does make you simplify and disagreed with Rick Frag St. throughout. I‘m glad it maintained its humour and energy. Peacemaker’s friends were more fun to watch this time around. I like they used pocket dimensions this season. Sasha Bordeaux surprised me how I enjoyed her. Plenty of WTF moments & it insane cliffhanger shown at the finale.

Cons: I find the new open Title Sequence wasn’t that great than last time. Its pacing did felt slow at times. There certain characters didn’t blow my mind & how the finale do suffered from James Gunn’s outlandish approach.

I recommend watching this season as well than the first one on Sky catch up.
