Story by Jeff Bonnett

The plot: A young, newly engaged heiress has a skiing accident in the days before Christmas. After she is diagnosed with amnesia, she finds herself in the care of the handsome cabin owner and his daughter.

Falling for charismas was alright.

Pros: The film was paint-by-numbers stuff in a good way. Sierra’s memory-loss storyline was handled quite well in my opinion. All the performances were pretty good and I enjoyed sitting down with my family watching this film together tonight.

Cons: You can’t escape through the tropes that hold this film back from being great in my opinion. The green screen set didn’t mesh well together with the live actors and at times the dialogue does get cringey.

The Casts:

  • Lindsay Lohan as Sierra Belmont / Sarah
  • Chord Overstreet as Jake Russell
  • George Young as Tad Fairchild
  • Jack Wagner as Beauregard Belmont
  • Olivia Perez as Avy Russell
  • Alejandra Flores as Alejandra
  • Sean J. Dillingham as Ralph
  • Chase Ramsey as Terry Carver
  • Aliana Lohan as Bianca
  • Blythe Howard as Dr. Layla Monroe
  • Lonzo Liggins as Mayor Anand
  • Antonio D. Charity as Sheriff Borden
  • Kate Rachesky as Heather
  • Oscar Rudecindo as Darius

I recommend watching this film on Netflix over the Christmas holidays.

Rating: 2.5 out of 5 Stars
