Storyline: The Reality Tree appeared on the southwest part of the map, making Reality Roots emerge from locations, Changing them in weird ways. The Scientist did several tests on the Reality Tree and Reality Saplings, and said he thought freeing the Zero Point was a mistake. He built an AI named A.M.I.E and discovered Darth Vader was on the island to look for a relic that had come from his reality. AMIE and The Looper pieced together the relic and The Scientist said that the Zero Point may be trying to communicate with them using the relic. They find the next relic, a shrinking chair, but it’s surrounded by an energy field. AMIE and the Looper eventually break the energy field grabbing the relic which releases a Zero Point shockwave of magnitude 8.5. The Paradigm asks the Looper to look for The Foundation, but they find out that he is missing along with The Visitor, and The Sisters. Paradigm and The Looper find out that The Scientist, The Visitor, and The Origin is in a lab researching a weird substance that is spreading across the island and The Scientist asks the Looper and Paradigm to get some gear for them. The Paradigm tells the Looper that the Zero Point shockwaves were distress signals and that they need to help it. The Looper finds an audio log from The Scientist explaining that he is gone. Shortly after The Paradigm goes missing as well. Now it’s just The Looper and AMIE.
I’m looking forward to seeing what this next chapter had installed.
Chapter 3 was a Descent chapter.
Pros: The chapter is a summer theme which, brings a ton of relaxation full of fun. The different areas were good to explore. There were so many collaborations in this chapter, I could have wanted to get and play with these ones from John Cena, DC Comics, Star Wars, Marvel, Dragon Ball and Much More. I had a chance to have fun with vehicles and weapons from previous chapters that I didn’t get the chance to. Running with the baller around and riding on animals were so much fun & I managed to defeat Darth Vader.
Cons: I wish there were more things like little Mechs which you can walk around in certain areas. I didn’t get why Indiana Jones needed to be in this chapter’s Battle Pass. Some of the new characters in my opinion were 50/50 and I struggled to add on items to the game with codes on the computer.
Battle Pass:
The Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks, with a 25-Level Boost offer of 1,950 V-Bucks. If you own a Fortnite Crew subscription, you will unlock the Battle Pass for free.
