Justice League: Warworld Movie Review by Ryan Balkwill

Genre: Action, Adventure, Fantasy, Animation

Directed by Jeff Wamester

Screenplay by Jeremy Adams, Ernie Altbacker, Josie Campbell

Produced by James Krieg, Kimberly S. Moreau

Starring: Stana Katic, Darren Criss & Jensen Ackles.

Production companies: Warner Bros. Animation, DC Studios

Distributed by: Warner Bros. Home Entertainment

The plot: After being kidnapped and transported to a strange world, Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman unite to form a resistance and lead the planet to freedom.

The new Dc Animated feature was disappointing.

Pros: I’m glad this film had kept the same animation style established since Superman: Man Of Tomorrow. I enjoyed some moments from the three mini-stories including each character and the way it teases and sets up for Crisis on Infinite Earths, Part One.

Cons: This film had many plot-holes that didn’t get concluded. Wonder Woman’s voice actress didn’t work for me. The concept of War World wasn’t that apparent in this film  and the way this film introduced DC’s trinity was not done properly.
