Plot: Drama series following a doctor looking after the most gravely unwell patients in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Breathtaking Series was so good.

Pros: It catches how covid affected us through the emotion, loneliness, sadness, drama, and stressfulness perfectly. Joanne Froggatt did well portraying Dr Abbey. The tone worked well for this show & I’m glad this series took this subject matter seriously. And seeing this series being a self-contained one-off tale.

Cons: The series can be difficult to watch at times. There’re certain moments that aren’t in the right place and I hoped the series would be a bit longer.

  • Joanne Froggatt as Dr Abbey Henderson
  • Bhav Joshi as Dr Ant Vyas
