Harlan Coben’s Missing You Mini Series Review by Ryan Balkwill

Plot: Detective Kat Donovan’s world unravels when she finds her estranged fiancé on a dating app; this leads Kat to reopen the unsolved mystery surrounding her father’s murder.

This mini series was fine.

Pros: I’m glad to have this story so easy to follow along. I like Rosalind Eleazar as the main girl kat. It did feel like a classic type fuel to this tale. Most of the acting at times gets good or solid. A lot of the drama worked for what it was worth and I’m luck to binge watch the full series today.

Cons: I find this to be the weakest Harlan Coben story he put on screen. It’s premise is some paint by numbers. The dialogue was dry & not that believable in the moment of what’s happening. Titus was not that threatening as the main villain and this series felt short because of a Netflix demand to cut the series short.
