Plot: Marie Moreau (Sinclair) and the rest of her friends return to Godolkin University after months of suffering, where a new dean (Linklater) trains Supes to be soldiers. On the brink of war between humans and Supes, the team discovers a program that could change everything.
Season 2 of Gen V was Reality Good.
Pros: A lot of the main cast are still delivered as a well-functioning unit. It does still deliver on the foul language and blood. I like how they used Andre’s real live actor death into this season. Glad seeing some of the boys characters were used. Marie got more upgraded with her powers and ability. I was impress some classmates had their chance to shine. How both cipher & Thomas Godolkin were essential antagonists and how it sets up big time before its main conflict in season 5 of the boys.
Cons: The plotlines didn’t properly get resolved. It did get rough thinking about Andre when watching at times. The pacing was slow and it was hard too get invested into what’s happening. Thomas Godolkin’s impact felt underwhelmed for me & how cipher was easily taken out.
