Overall Show Score: 8/10
Pros: I’m surprised that Jack Perry turned heel. Both rosters from both New Japan and All Elite Wrestling each worked really hard last night. Each of the key advertised matches did deliver with top quality perfection. This year’s Forbidden Door Zero Hour Show was a fun watch. My favourite wrestlers that stole the show for me was CM Punk, Will Ospreay, Billie Starkz, Kenny Omega & Daniel Garcia. Credit to the referee who spotted the green spray before Toni was about to used it.
Cons: I didn’t get what Don Calls was doing in that Omega/Ospreay match. This event was a struggle because of a lack of build-up for them. Sometimes a lot of the matches does feel like they are copying WWE and I felt like there was a few missing wresters left out of this show.
