The plot: From his rise to fame to his unprecedented superstardom, rock ‘n’ roll icon Elvis Presley maintains a complicated relationship with his enigmatic manager, Colonel Tom Parker, over the course of 20 years. Central to Presley’s journey and happiness is one of the most influential people in his life — Priscilla.

I finally had a chance to watch this movie.

Elvis Movie was really good but also overrated in my opinion.

Pros: Austin Butler rocks as Elvis. I enjoyed how they did this film by Tom Hank’s narration about Elvis’s life. All of his all-time classic songs were beautifully put together and seeing Elvis waiting for his downfall was sad to watch.

Cons: The movie went on forever. At times the film does skip around a lot and I didn’t fall in love with this film like everyone else in my opinion.

Cast:

I recommend this film to anyone who loves Elvis.

Rating: 3 out of 5 Stars
