Bad Monkey Season 1 Review by Ryan Balkwill

Plot: A former Miami Police Department member turned health inspector, Andrew Yancy, investigates a case involving a human arm; he navigates through eccentric characters and unexpected challenges, all while dealing with his own personal struggles.

Season 1 of Bad Monkey was Good.

Pros: I like the narration being giving to us this season. I like the setting being in South Florida. Theirs is a lot of improved. I enjoyed a lot of the characters in this series including Andrew & Eve. It does buildup the case throughout so well and the monkey steals each scene she in.

Cons: A lot of times the dialogue did fell like exposition. I became less patient where with the Dragon Queen plotline. A lot with Ronald Peet’s character felt less to desired and a lot of drama was quite off-putting.
