The plot: Involuntarily discharged from the Army, a special forces sergeant lands a contract with a private underground military force. When his very first assignment goes awry, the elite soldier finds himself hunted and on the run, caught in a dangerous conspiracy and fighting to stay alive long enough to get home and uncover the true motives of those who betrayed him.

I was looking forward to this film.

The Contractor Movie was fine.

Pros: I give credit for how gritty and real the film got when it comes to the camera work. Chris Pine was convincing as a leading man and you can really believe in the character. The action does gets bloody into the final act of the film.

Cons: It took me a few days to finish watching,  I kept stopping and starting, because I was watching other things. There were not that much of clear-cut villains in this movie. I lost interest with what’s going with main plot in the film. Most of what’s happening in the story does get predictable.

Cast & Characters:

I would skip this movie.

Rating: 2 out of 5 Stars
