Plot: Imogene Scott finds herself in the wrong place at the wrong time and becomes the prime suspect in a locked-room murder mystery; to prove her innocence, she must partner with a man she despises, Rufus Cotesworth, the world’s greatest detective.
Season 1 of Death and Other Details was a confusing mess.
Pros: Violett Beane was likeable to follow as the main lead & some of the reveals that happened were shocking.
Cons: The main plot itself did get convoluted & hard to follow. I lost interest with all the other supported characters when the series goes on. My thoughts on how they manged the flashbacks were confusing. The setting didn’t add anything new to this style of storytelling and this season felt drawn-out as well.
