The plot: Belgian sleuth Hercule Poirot investigates a murder while attending a Halloween seance at a haunted palazzo in Venice, Italy.

A haunting in Venice was okay.

Pros: I’m glad they kept this simple and straight to the point just like the previous two films. How surprising I was with how frightening this movie had got. Kenneth Branagh still rocks as the lead Hercule Poirot and I enjoyed the film being set on Halloween in Italy it makes it different from the other two films.

Cons: This film had the least all-star cast ever assembled. The final revel who did it wasn’t that surprising in my opinion and too many jump scares that creeped me out.

The Casts:

I still recommend watching this movie along with the other movies.

Rating: 2 out of 5 Stars
