The plot: A woman and her son enlist a motley crew of so-called spiritual experts to help rid their home of supernatural squatters.
The new haunted mansion movie was alright.
Pros: The character I was invested the most in was the main lead Lakeith Stanfield. I got spooked a couple of times throughout this film. I was in a state of shock, on how far they handled the topic of grief and social anxiety. It pleasantly surprised me and the audience by how much humour there was in this film.
Cons: My one problem was this the Danny DeVito’s character does goes too over-the-top for me.

I recommend watching this movie at the cinema.
