The plot: With the price on his head ever increasing, legendary hit man John Wick takes his fight against the High Table global as he seeks out the most powerful players in the underworld, from New York to Paris to Japan to Berlin.
John Wick Chapter 4 was very good.
Pros: The film has so much action. Bill Skarsgård was amazing as the villain. It does build up a lot of tension and anticipation waiting to see what will happen. I was pleased and surprised to see Clancy Brown appear. I enjoyed the sequel and didn’t feel that it was too long and in some occasions the film did make me laugh.
Cons: . The dark lighting was distracting for me to see what was happening at times. Lance Reddick’s final performance was very quick & the final climax came and went abruptly.
The Casts:
- Keanu Reeves as Jardani Jovanovich / Jonathan “John” Wick, a professional hitman and assassin who has gained a legendary reputation for his set of skills and is now hunted by the High Table.
- Donnie Yen as Caine, a blind High Table assassin and an old friend of John Wick.
- Bill Skarsgård as the Marquis Vincent de Gramont, a powerful member of the High Table whose position is challenged by John Wick
- Laurence Fishburne as the Bowery King, a former underground crime boss who was left for dead by the High Table and is now sponsoring John Wick.
- Hiroyuki Sanada as Shimazu Koji, the manager of the Osaka Continental Hotel and an old friend of John Wick
- Shamier Anderson as the Tracker / Mr. Nobody, a bounty hunter pursuing Wick
- Lance Reddick as Charon, the concierge at the Continental Hotel in New York.
- Rina Sawayama as Akira, Koji’s daughter and concierge of the Osaka Continental[7][8]
- Scott Adkins as Killa, the head of the German Table and an individual who has one thing in common with John Wick: they have the same enemy.
- Ian McShane as Winston Scott, the manager of the New York Continental Hotel and friend of John Wick.
- Bridget Moynahan as Helen Wick, John Wick’s deceased wife.
I highly recommend watching this film to those who saw the last three movies of this franchise.
