Hazbin Hotel Season 2 Review by Ryan Balkwill

Synopsis: Following Charlie’s victory against Heaven’s army, the Hotel is packed with new residents. Though, to Charlie’s dismay, many of her new guests seek revenge not redemption. Meanwhile, the Vees try to capitalise on Hell’s instability and use the growing tensions with Heaven to their own advantage.

Season 2 of Hazbin Hotel was A better experience.

Pros: The songs this time around were easier to sit through. I like how they focused on Heaven Vs Hell definitely engaging. The villains were all great. I fell most of Charlie’s companions was very helpful. The humour was more sharper and I was so fully into the final conflict with Vox.

Cons: At the same time the songs could be skippable at times. I felt a lot of frustration of Charlie throughout. It failed to deliver on shocking twists or Moments. Lucifer didn’t had that much to do & I find the ending very predictable.
