Hostage Miniseries Review by Ryan Balkwill

Plot: When the British prime minister’s husband is kidnapped and the French president starts receiving threats, both leaders must face an impossible choice.

This miniseries was fine.

Pros: I’m glad this series remine emotionally intense all the way thought. It does push the boundaries of “people push in the precision are force to make decisions at are personal”. Suranne Jones was great as all ways playing a politician. Martin McCann was so good being the main villain. Thumbs up on the photography, score & sound design and I got out guard with the twists that went down in the last two episodes.

Cons: Matheo’s girlfriend didn’t get invested into her arc. At times there do rushed through plotlines. Some moments did came off unanalytic & there wasn’t no consequence for any of the main characters.
