Plot: A family’s world turns upside down when 13-year-old Jamie Miller is arrested for murdering a schoolmate: the charges against their son force them to confront every parent’s worst nightmare.
This limited series of Adolescence was fantastic
Pros: This series works when less is more. I’m feel for the sadness & emotion going on throughout. Owen Cooper was really good as Jaime Miller. Stephen Graham was fabulous as the dad. They carefully crafted the “Did he do it or didn’t do it” narrative so well. I like the script & how its was all done in a single take with no CGI.
Cons: My only issue was I didn’t see what happened to Ashley Waiters’s DI Luke Bascombe or his son.
