Red One Movie Review Written By Ryan Balkwill

The plot: When a villain kidnaps Santa Claus from the North Pole, an E.L.F. (Extremely Large and Formidable) operative joins forces with the world’s most accomplished tracker to find him and save Christmas.

I was looking forward to this film.

Red one was surprisingly good.

Pros: I was surprised of the technology use to reshrink objects. Chris Evans & Dwayne Johnson had worked well together. What a full lineup of actors has been assembled for this film. It’s been the issue of naughty or nice to the forefront & this is one of my new Christmas favourites.

The criticism is too harsh on this movie.

Cons: I didn’t like the CGI and the practical effects with the creatures. J. K. Simmons was miss used as Santa Claus. The villain Gryla wasn’t that impressive, and the end battle was very shaky & too up close.
