The plot: Johnny Cage joins other fighters in the ultimate, no-holds-barred battle to defeat the dark rule of Shao Kahn, a powerful tyrant who threatens the very existence of the Earthrealm and its defenders.
I was so looking forward to this sequel.
The Mortal Kombat sequel was Badass.
Pros: This one I was fully into this time around. I’m glad the film doesn’t shy away showing off of action sequences and fun violences. The plot was simple to follow. I like Kitana being a central role in this story. Karl Urban was great as Johnny Cage. It does goes fully like a video game at times. how they placed the soundtrack in the sequel & the ending was satisfying.
Cons: I was sad seeing Cole Young been taken out. Some moments were boring in sit through. A few characters did gets not that much of focus this time around and the dialogue can be to take seriously.
